There are two ways to work with me directly.
THE HEALTH FOUNDATIONS PILOT
A four-session group programme built around the research. Each session focuses on one foundation, Competence, Strength, Dignity, Joy, with a workbook, a working group between sessions, and a Health Canvas to capture what your health requires and how to maintain those foundations always.
The pilot begins in September and the current rate reflects what this is: the work is done, the framework is researched, but a pilot only works with a cohort that is willing to go through the programme and tell us honestly how it works for them in practice. If that sounds like you, we would love to have you in the room.
€125 per session. €500 for all four.

1:1 COACHING
For women who want to work in a more personal context, 1:1 sessions are grounded in the same four foundations but built entirely around your current predicament. There is currently a short waitlist, typically a matter of weeks.
€400 per hour.

Not at all. Some women come to prevent the crash, others come to recover from one, and some arrive simply wanting more capacity and a bit of support getting there. You arrive at the time that feels right for you.

This is about helping you lead with less collapse. You will remain entirely yourself, just with more energy and fewer 3am worry spirals.

Sometimes it's obvious, exhaustion, terrible sleep, recurring migraines, a stiffness everywhere. Other times it's less evident. Maybe you can't remember the last time you felt rested. Maybe you've lost patience, your appetite, your focus, or just the sense that you're good. Brushing aside signals and hoping things will ease up on their own might be the very indication that it's time to pause and reassess.
