The four foundations
Most approaches to women's health are recovery strategies. They kick in after something has gone wrong. The hero's journey is the cultural template for this: you suffer, you learn, you rebuild. It's a glorious myth about growth through suffering, and there's truth in it.
It's also a terrible health strategy. You were never supposed to lose your health in order to understand how to protect it. That's an unnecessary and painful detour.
Out of our research we have identified four foundations that, tended to consistently, mean you never stray far from feeling well. Rather than a recovery plan, they're designed as a map you identify before you need rescuing. Figure out what keeps you well and you'll always know the way back to yourself, no matter how much life makes you veer off course.
02 STRENGTH Your physical, emotional and mental strength are one interconnected system, and neglecting one part costs you elsewhere. Most of us have been performing strength for so long we have never stopped to actually build it. This foundation is about understanding what genuine strength looks like for you and tending to it deliberately.
04 JOY Joy as a physiological state is something you cultivate deliberately. When you can no longer tap into it, daily, that is your health asking for attention. In this foundation we pay close attention to that.
01 COMPETENCE Your competence does a hell of a lot of unpaid work. Deployed without limits and without anything coming back, it keeps your nervous system permanently on alert. This foundation is about learning to deploy it in a way that keeps your whole system working fluidly and consciously.
03 DIGNITY Being worthy of respect from others and from yourself is your right. You don't earn it by being endlessly accommodating. This foundation is about seeing this clearly, expressing it and refusing to accept less.

1:1 coaching
Twelve sessions over six months, once a fortnight. This committed, personal work involves excavating why you aren't feeling at your best and building something that looks considerably better than that.
