FAQs

"You’re not the only one asking…",

What is a health coach?

A health coach helps you get clear on what your body, mind, and life actually need—and supports you in making changes that feel solid and sustainable. It’s guidance, partnership, accountability, and space to reconnect with yourself in a way that works in the real world.

How is this different from a business coach?

Business coaching often focuses on performance, leadership goals, and strategy. Health coaching goes deeper into the foundation that supports it all—your energy, your stress response, your hormone health, your sleep, your confidence.
I bring the two together. I’ve been a CEO. I understand pressure. This work supports ambitious women to keep going, without running themselves into the ground.

What are the signs I might need a health coach?

You might still be functioning—but it’s getting harder. You’re tired in a way that rest doesn’t touch. You’re snapping more, sleeping less, and wondering why your mind feels like it’s full of fog. You’ve tried powering through, but it’s not working like it used to. If you’re running on empty and can’t see the off-ramp, it might be time to get some help.

What qualifies you to do this work?

I spent 22 years in global corporate leadership, including two CEO roles. I know the pressure, the pace, and the cost of success that demands self-abandonment.
I’m certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and hold two academic degrees. My approach blends lived experience, academic rigour, and the ability to meet women where they are.

Why do you only work with women?

Because so many brilliant women are still expected to lead like their bodies, emotions, and lives don’t exist. I’ve been there—driven, successful, and completely disconnected from my own wellbeing.
This work is shaped by the particular pressures women face, and the wisdom they hold. It creates space for conversations that don’t need translation. That said, if you’re not a woman and you feel drawn to this approach, you’re welcome to reach out. I trust people to know when something resonates.

How do I know if my health is under strain?

Sometimes it’s obvious—exhaustion, poor sleep, headaches, brain fog. Other times it’s less evident. Maybe you can’t remember the last time you felt rested. Maybe you’ve lost patience, your appetite, your focus—or just the sense that you’re okay.
If you’ve been brushing aside signals and hoping things will ease up on their own, this might be the time to pause and reassess.

Do you work with women at all stages of their careers?

Yes. I work with women in leadership, women navigating change, and women trying to return to themselves after burnout, maternity leave, or a serious drop in confidence. You don’t need a job title—you need a sense that something’s not working, and that you’re ready to do something about it.

Do I have to be in crisis to work with you?

Not at all. Some women come to prevent the crash. Others come to recover from one. And some arrive simply wanting more ease, clarity, and support. There’s no right time—just the time that feels right for you.

What kinds of outcomes can I expect?

Women I work with often report feeling clearer, more grounded, and more in charge of their energy and decisions. They sleep better, communicate better, set boundaries without the guilt, and start leading in a way that feels more like them.
This isn’t about overhauling your life—it’s about making it sustainable.

Do I have to give up wine and become a morning person?

No. You don’t have to overhaul your personality or survive on quinoa and 6am HIIT training. I don’t believe anyone thrives on restriction—but we do feel better when we exercise choice. We focus on what strengthens you, restores your capacity, and helps you lead with more clarity and less collapse. You’ll still be you. Just with more energy and fewer 3am worry spirals.
