Becoming a health strategist involves a lot of figuring out, and figuring out involves writing. There is an enormous amount worth knowing about why capable people feel terrible in jobs they worked extremely hard to get. Most of it is not new, and not hard to act on. It has, however, been drowned out by corporate noise about productivity frameworks and whether AI is coming for your job.
This is where I put some of my figuring out. Some of it comes from the Women and Stress 2026 study. Some of it is just things that should be more widely known and are not.
